Gavin is one of our company Directors, choosing to play a close and pivotal role in the day-to-day running and operations of Cransford. With over 40 years of experience in the industry both within the UK and abroad, his industry knowledge and insight is unparalleled, yet he continues to show an active interest and is constantly exploring newly developed areas of the medical insurance world.
As our Senior Manager, with a strong pedigree in the sales industry, Reece is the leader of our team, overseeing all aspects of operation and function of our business and the teams within. Maintaining a close eye, he ensures everything functions as efficiently and smoothly as possible and are clients are getting the service they should be.
With a master’s degree in marketing Elizabeth has been a valued membered of our team since 2017. As our lead account manager, she oversees and personally handles many of our client’s renewal and queries, keeping up that relationship we treasure with our clients. A true pillar of our business, her market and product knowledge is unparalleled.
Our longest serving Business Development Executive, Paddy joined the team in 2019 and has handled clients of all sizes, from individuals all the way to our largest client policies. He aims to ensure all clients are as well informed as possible, boasting an extensive range of in-depth product & policy knowledge. He also sits as the chair of the board for Disability Sport NI.
As one of our Business Development Executives, Rory has led a life through various different business sectors across the world before settling back in Northern Ireland to start a family. It was at this time that he came on board with Cransford, visiting our clients closest to home.
Alex operates as our Office Administrator, making sure all processes and systems are followed, and all cogs turn smoothly between departments. In such a data-heavy business, proper administration is vital to proper function.
Peter joined the team having transitioned from a life in corporate hospitality. Coming on board as our Sales & Marketing Executive he focuses primarily on new business acquisition and the promotion of our own firm through marketing. Trying to ensure as many businesses, and individuals, as possible are receiving the best care, prices and policy management available.
Joining the team just before Christmas of 2024, Luke has been an excellent addition to our Telesales team, helping in the out bounding of our sales allowing us to reach more and more new clients each week. A proud former Sullivan man, Luke came back to Belfast after attending Northumbria University to study Quantity Surveying.
Previously working as a translator in her mother tongue of Portuguese, Maria is now our Sales Administrator, not only assisting the senior sales time in day-to-day tasks but also looking after all our inbound individual clients. A vital part of the process in getting our clients the fast, high-quality service they come to Cransford for.
Another of our early members outside our head office in Belfast, Anna brings our proudly old fashioned, in-person approach to all our clients, new and existing, in Scotland. As a Business Development Executive, she’s building on her already rich sales background, with Cransford.
Nat joined our team as one of our first team members outside of our Belfast headquarters. Located in the heart of Birmingham, Nat is one of our Business Developemnt Executives. We like to conduct business the old-fashioned way, meeting with clients face to face, breaking down modern barriers and really getting to know our clients.
Joining our Telesales team, Ellie took no time at all to integrate fantastically into our team. She brings a strong background in her field and is an excellent addition to the outbound efforts of the Cransford Sales Team.
Before joining our team Andrew finished his master’s degree in physics at Queens University. An often-overlooked role, the sales administrator is crucial to the success and productivity of our sales team. Helping quote for both businesses and individuals alike, the dedicated role takes pressure off the rest of the team to allow them to focus more intently on their clients.
